An electric kettle, air conditioner and a personal safe available in the double room. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Location very close to casino. For tea or coffee visit Fraser Sneath Coffee nearby.

The room was fairly clean. There was hot water.
The thermostat didn't work so I couldn't change the temperature in the room. There is no cafe, bar, or restaurant in or near the hotel thus one can't have breakfast or dinner. A cup was dirty as there were a few coffee spots from the previous consumption. Some lamps didn't work.

I liked nothing of this place.
It was my first time is paid extra for tax as the price on the web was $14 lower. The elevator was almost risky to use and so dirty. The washroom was broken an yellow in germs.

Hotel was perfect for what we needed.
We had the queen room which was extremely spacious. A safe, central heating and an electronic key card were important for us...

It felt I was walk on in a western union as the front desk had a glass protection which you had to talk through a small hole

Convenient Location 📍: If you're into casinos, this place is just a stone's throw away. there's a cool coffee spot called Cafe Fraser Sneath Coffee only a kilometer from here that caught us by surprise.

It was very dirty/unclean.. the bathroom was gross, the bath tub was covered in dirt.(i wouldn't go in the tub without rubber boots.) There was a tim Horton wrapper by the bed and the lamp shades are dirty and broken.

The room was dusty, as evident as the hangers were dusty, room has no heat, (outside temp was -2C) when I called front desk to request for refund they gave me a heater.Had I known the facility to have no heat and dusty, I shouid have checked-in at another hotel. I paid in cash and receipt was given to me a day after 3 long-distance call to follow-up. I got dust allergy after my one night stay. Is there anyway, that Brandon municipality check the hotel condition in their place once in a while?

Price and staff
I stayed twice at same hotel. Once in July and once in September. Both times the heat was horrendous. Asked front desk clerk about air conditioner as windows do not open. Was given a fan to plug in. Sweated all date, with no sleep. Plus everything such as ice machine. Pop machine, snack machine was out of order. Restaurant was closed and no longer staffed.

The Queen room had a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. The bathroom was great with a bath.- The staff was amicable, really helpful, and responded promptly to requests.- The hotel is very close to the casino and in the best part of town.
